Incredible scent weak performance. u will need to overspray it heavily to project somewhat. Safe blind buy, but nothing overly exciting. 
Whenever I wore it, I didnt really know what to think of it, but I never really liked it. Most complimented fragrance I have ever had right here. Fragrantica Trends is a relative value that shows the interest of Fragrantica members in this fragrance over time. I only put 2 sprays on unless ill be outside all day. 
Fruity, woody, ozonic and aromatic with a sour zesty citrus pop and a slight pepperiness. Its a bit better if I hit my shirt a few times, but even then. One of my favourite summer freshies. One of the safest blind buys i have made. This is literally sunshine in a bottle. Really Good fragrance and its timeless, I really loving the smell of this one awesome for hot and humid conditions. I personally do 2 sprays on the neck, 3 on the back of the neck, and a couple on each side of the chest. This will decrease after 20-30 mins to a watery sweet, spicy accord which lasts for 4 hours. Perhaps it has been reformulated? Other Versace fragrances are mainstream designers that are appealing and safe to purchase for those who arent collectors. Big thumbs up to this one! but a bit generic maybe. A slight salty breeze blows past a tiny bouquet of flowers next to a cup of star fruit with a splash of bergamot zest. Ive gifted this many times and everyone who received it loved it. If you like a Fresh Citrusy Style Perfume with Star Fruit note, you will like this one. Unremarkable but a very pleasant dumb reach in hot weather. This is one of those fragrances that are unique for the brand responsible for its creation. For those that want to smell nice go for it, but if you're looking for beast mode in all areas you'll be let down. One of my first colognes ever.. Clean mountain breeze or whatever. From the top to the dry down, it smells like Windex on my skin. I'd be disappointed in performance but quality would still be nice. This is a beautiful aquatic fragrance and theres nothing else like it in my opinion. Can see this being worn to the gym or out on a run to the mall. Azzaro Chrome Sport is the closest and similar. Im not a huge fan of D&G Light Blue Pour Homme, however Im obsessed with the womens Light Blue. I choked myself out. The problem is the longevity and projection and sillage. It is refreshing and will last on my skin when sprayed under my shirt. I was trying to figure out just why I love this scent so much, and it hit me as I was going through this thread- this is more of a light blue pour homme than light blue pour homme itself. Also reminds me of every playboy in New York when it first released. Great on a test strip. Also people who say this doesn't last I have one question, WHERE DO YOU BUY YOU'RE FRAGRANCES?? Maybe a little less punch on the opening compared to back then. This scent should be in every man's collection, its absolutely beautiful and ozonic, fresh and calming like the cool breeze of the ocean at late evening, with each lap of calm waves rolling in, the sun gets lower. Its a nostalgic fragrance for me that Ill always cherish and have in my collection. wear this whenever you want. Today I received 3 bottles of perfume from a discounter Versace Man Fraiche, LHomme Rochas and Boucheron Jaipur EDP Jaipur was the cheapest of the three, at 20 a bottle, and took the lead, closely followed by Rochas and far behind came Versace Man Fraiche this did not perform well on my skin.
Very aquatic and it's easy to wear. I like the woody musky star fruit but at times it comes across as a wet dog smell. I think its the star fruit that gives it that juicy tropical vibe. The star fruit note gives a twist of something uncommon and the affordable price makes it a great "by the pool" or BBQ choice. I don't know why but this reminds me of frat parties on a hot night. Nice fresh scent for Summer during the daytime. It opens up with like fresh citrusy , Star fruit ,green and spices notes in the background then dry down is musky woody. It's like i was there myself. Great for warm summer evenings sitting outside. Does it smell bad? I get the glue note. This is just such a juicy, fresh, and clean smell with just a bit of musk. Next please! About 15 minutes it has a nice fresh citrus, almost apple-melon kind of scent. With this one, what can I say? The remainder is a thin, sharp, and often sour 2-dimensional fragrance that lasts for about an hour and a half before disappearing into a trace of synthetic musk. Some people have issues with the performance but I personally cant relate.
If Versace made this into an EDP, Parfum, or Extrait concentration (wink wink) theyd have the new king of blue fragrances. I'll never forget the silliage that picked up in the wind off my skin. I'd have to agree with @btd069 (Review 28/10/21), this is a phenomenally fresh fragrance that has become a classic for good reason. Performance a little lacking. You cant be in a bad mood if wearing this one. But I guess now I would just say it's a kind of synthetic powdery smell that is mixing with the aquatic notes. Way, way too much. Versace man eau fraiche is a great smell, addictive, however its poor longevity along with many other fraiche/citrus based fragrances contribute to its downside. If you want to smell clean and fresh but also sexy this will do the job very nicely. On clothes, it'll be there till next day. Lemon, bergamot, carambola, cedar. Its fresh, clean, soapy, citrus. Also, if you want something that gives off a similar vibe, with less spiciness and a nice bamboo note, try Starwalker by Montblanc.
Personally, the performance isnt the greatest and this definitely needs an EDP variety! There is a HINT of something good here, a melon-apple combination that floats around the top for maybe 15 minutes.beyond that, the fragrance is a mess. The dry down is intense and lemony on me personally. Well last week coming in from being outdoors and sweating about 6 hours after I sprayed it a friend of mine said "Dang man, you smell good". Not versatile at all though. One of the best Fresh fragrances for men. People say it's lacking in longevity, just go heavy on the trigger AT LEAST 16 SPRAYS in indoors 20-25 in the out-doors (TRUST ME ). Spray on clothes for better longevity. On me this, while certainly aquatic, feels warmperhaps because of the saffron and the amber. I sort of forgot about it as I hadn't really seen much advertising for it until lately so bought a 100ml bottle for a decent price. But the smell is great and fresh. Unfortunately it is almost double-priced where I am. I did the usual 4 sprays and it was pretty strong to me so Ill probably do less just because Im new to cologne and dont want to be annoying. I imagine a frat guy who wears shorts and flip flops pulling this off. This is a perfectly fresh pick me up right after a shower on a hot summer day. I absolutely love this scent it was basically a toss-up between this fragrance and Versace Pour homme and I this one for me edges out pour homme without a doubt as probably my favorite summer scent followed closely by Versace pour homme and then Dolce & Gabbana light Blue forever, the performance is just okay but I always take a small decant of it and I just reapply if needed but whenever I wear this it just reminds me of a tropical island it really is a great scent and my favorite summer Versace summer scent. Its not overly masculine/feminine. Lasting power from this isn't something I usually prefer but it is nice to have a few scents that don't stick around for 8 hours. Timless , Sexy , feels like a vacation on a tropical island , chilling on the beach with a cocktail. But for 30 euro its good choice for the teens summer.
This one is ruined. It totally smells like a Versace product. Super crisp and clean with just a slight floral and powdery quality at dry down. Many men think of "Versace Man Eau Fraiche" as summer in a bottle. I smelt fresh for the entire 8 hour shift. Its stupid how much this smells like Bvlgari Homme Extreme. My husband wears this and it's one of my favorites on him. In my experience this smells the best outside, this doesn't project silage as good indoors, Super fresh and crisp scent. More like the flesh of a stale lemon. I wont knock this one too much though as my skin has a hard time with keeping fragrances in general, let alone citrus based ones. I bought it because I smelled it on hired help 4 years ago and really liked it, and what I got was certainly different. Very much great for summer. very VERY fresh. Doesn't smell bad at all just strange. On me, longevity is great, I get around 6 to 8 hours with 5 sprays and projection last for about 3 to 4 hours. This is a very good scent to wear indoors during wintertime. I don't know why many people say it's low qualitythis is not true :). AB Blue Seduction is a veeeery long shot - it's just cheap, synthetic vibe,not that I don't like it, I have one but I cannot compare it, just different. This fragrance screams positive vibes and will wrap itself around the good memories you make. I have to get my wrist close to my nose to smell it and I'd say I have a very strong sense of smell. When I smelled it on a friend one day, I realized that I didnt like the smell at all and gave it away. Moderate, fresh smell. Its not a complicated or super unique fragrance but its nostalgic and it just works. Later it gets woodier but still the freshness remains. citruses are smoother in eau fraiche but in the drydown i must say versace pour homme contains its freshness which is better. This would be a top shelf frag IF there were performance. It's a nice scent, Fresh, Clean and Bright. It highly reminds me of hot summer evenings and pink sun sets that fade into crisp, clean nights while youre sat inside a tiki bar by the sea, drinking fruity cocktails and listening to good music with decent people. It's your typical blue fragrance (blue as in Polo Blue, not bleu as in Bleu de Chanel) from the mid 00s. Those were Azzaro Chrome Sport and Jimmy Choo Man Ice. for me. Fantastic. Nothing too fancy just a fairly basic but effective fresh woody aquatic that invokes Mediterranean white sands, good times, salty blue oceans and a cool summer sea breeze. You get a fresh, fruity opening with a watery vibe, with a tiny touch of spice from the pepper and cardamom, drying down with soft, clean musks. Not a fan. However, it does come off synthetic on my skin; so much so that it reminds me specifically of Windex. It's not nasty or bad just simply not for me. It doesn't have any. I get fresh, soapy shower gel. This is the second cologne that I have bought. And it doesnt smell like deodorant, like many hot weather colognes. The scent lasts very short time. It's a great introduction into how great fragrances can be, but it's beauty, to me at least, has become ephemeral. This is more for a guy in his mid to late 20s as opposed to a teenager. This is the scent to bathe in! It's been about 15 years, needless to say, I tried it again and scored an early tester. Surprised by peoples comments on silage and longevity because its been following him around all day! The two scents are interchangeable. Has a sort of confident restraint despite the complexity. Amazing in summer and I enjoy even in winter. 9.5/10. They are, however, very different in the mid and drydown, as Eau Fraiche introduces this subtle spice and woodiness which takes it from being a simple freshie to being a bit more, in my opinion. I'm in love with this fragrance. This screams spring to me. Its the perfect summer fragrance and its light and easy to wear. This stuff is really magic in a bottle. That is- if youre looking for a more masculine counterpart to Light blue for women. 2 hard stays in my skin, however, you can apply more later on your skin. But can wear at any climate and any occasion. This accord will hold longer on clothing, and keeps the star fruit smell. Smells only lemon on my skin. If youre comparing this one to Versace pour homme, this one is straight up an aquatic- you get a much more watery vibe than pour homme. This, while keeping the same likability of other mainstream designers, offers an actual fragrance experience that brings the oftentimes misplaced phrase Niche quality to mind. Try it for yourself, everyone has different DNA!!! Great for daytime and warm weather. Very nostalgic for me.
the most I usually get out of this is about 6 hours which is perfect for a hot day before I apply something else at night. Man Eau Fraiche is refreshing and a stunning blend of all the right elements: citrus, woods, florals, and spice.
