I left a one star review on the dress and it conveniently is missing from the website, instead they make it look like that dress has 5 stars. We had to wait a while for shipping, but thats because we live in Norway. Baltic Born went above and beyond and let me keep the dress to donate to womens shelter once cleaned from the pet hair and are sending me a replacement for a different dress that offered my size! I didnt need customer service, but they responded to my Instagram tag very quickly so I imagine they have great customer service!I wore the dress to my bridal shower and literally 20 out of 20 of the guests asked where it was from.Baltic Born is my new favorite store and Im shouting it from the rooftops!
