Youre better off giving the $20 to charity or burning it than going though the aggravation of using Pocket Hoses. I DONT HAVE RAZOR BLADES IMBEDDED IN MY DRIVEWAY. Junk junk junk. 
lol, i also purchased 4 of these hoses trying to save space what a waste of money all 4 started leaking and or bursting within 4-5 uses went back to the old standby rubber hoses and hose reel. There is no update on the Settlement Administrator site at this time confirming this. Thought the idea was great, than when I put hose fittings, the hose was leaking in that area. Tried contacting Telebrands with no luck. SOME HAVE EVEN LASTED OVER 2 MONTHS!

The Pocket Hose and Mini Max Hose are expandable garden hoses first introduced through TV infomercials by Telebrands in August 2012 and later displayed and sold in Home Depot stores. As soon as I turned the hose on I got soaked because the leak was where the hose was attached to the nozzle. I thought I had purchased thelemon..mine started leaking around the area connected to the water faucet within 10 uses.

What a waste of money! Ive had several Pocket Hoses as some of the merchants where I purchased them were good enough to let me return defective ones and get free replacements. Im done with them. The hose exterior faded in color and started to fall apart before the end of summer. AT HOME DEPOT CUST SERV SHE SAID ON MY LAST RETURN THAT THEY ARE GUARANTEED FOR LIFE-TO BURST. I bought six of their original hoses and all of them broke but when I contacted them they replaced all six with hoses as they failed with ones that that are better than the ones that broke.

They refunded my money. Today (Sunday, 7/5/15), they both burst during use. I bought a75 ft with the brass sprayer for my daughters birthday and she was never able to use itleaked so bad around the fitting where it gets hooked up to the water supply. Ive gotten several of the hoses and they all leaked. Medium water pressure blew nozzle off end of hose!!. Top Class Actions is a legal news source Anything under 4 stars = be wary. We have paid the $7 shipping and handling but the hoses last for about 6 months or so and we order it again. I purchased 3 50 footers for family and they all turned out to be junk. I bought two thinking it would pay for itself in the long run. The piece that connects to the Pocket Hose is a true rip off. True, they are flexible and kink-proof and easy to maneuver, however, one draw back is decreased water pressure, as the hose width is narrow. Shame on them. I complain, they send me replacements.
This was a year ago. I bought it last year at Home Depot and just open it. exploded like a water balloon within 8 uses. Obviously it has not. I took it back to Home Depot and got another one. Rip off. I bought 2, what a waste of money. My newest complaint is about the Top Brass II hose. THEY TOO FILL UP APART. Boy was I fooled of thinking of something could be so easy. I purchased without checking reviews first. Again it is buyer beware. 6/28/17 Bummer as I really liked this type of hose as it is easy to handle and by coiling up afterwards is great to store. Hose is a great product when it doesnt leak. I thought maybe it got punctured on the ground. Class action is not about helping you. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Piece of junk.
