Happy to have bought it, have no idea how long I will keep it. The more I think about it the more it feels like a cash-in rather than a well thought out book - gimmicks like the separate map and 'print', the separation of the introduction and afterword from the main book, the lack of sufficient added value from the standard edition. This edition, limited to 500 hand-numbered copies, comes in a presentation box. I was interested to see this.
